Folks, this title = confusing:
"Autoimmune encephalitis associated with anti-LGI1 antibody: a potential cause of neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus."
Anti-LGI1 encephalitis is its own dz. If a pt has TPO+ Hashimoto's & SLE, would U say thyroiditis is CAUSED BY SLE or that pt has both?
