It's actually so hard to get any writing done because I am simply making a synopsis but first I must research all aspects of spinal injuries.

It’s okay that I ate half a cheesecake for dinner because cheese and eggs are protein and ube extract is from a plant and both of those things are healthy

Happy to let everyone know that when a workman came around unannounced to check a meter, puppy girl growled at him the whole time while I held her back. She is a very good protector and I love her.
(She wouldn’t do anything but it did make him a bit nervous which was good.)
