I dont know you but I've been having panic attacks. I have panic disorder and GAD. It sucks. Im currently scrolling while trying to come down from a panic attack myself that's how I found your post

I do emdr, Which is trauma work we talk about the inner child alot. I hate the panic attacks. I was having them alot a couple weeks ago. Having one today 😞
