Are there any odds of an allied nation putting manpower in to aid Ukraine that isn't a part of NATO (and thus won't make putin press his shiny button in a temper tantrum)

does the battle tower even give anything aside from just vitamins?

do we have ACE that doesn't need the bootstrap mon from emerald yet? (like the scuffed crobat/umbreon setup iirc) i saw a video about speedrunners using ACE to credits warp but is it usable to do the real fun stuff yet?
