I’ve also mixed up baking soda and cornstarch before (the cornstarch was in the old container we used to keep the baking soda in). Ended up with very chewy pancakes haha

I’ve done that in my classes with small groups before! I will even roll a die (I usually have six groups) sometimes. They don’t love it but it gets us back on track from the same group speaking up first every time, then I’ll phase it out till we need it again.
