I saw this notification and decided to type and send a reply. 50/50 on whether I'll now respond to some of your other messages or immediately scream into a pillow and fall asleep XD
Massive wall of text (if you know me, you know it's nothing new lol). It says: That word wasn't a slur until one day y'all randomly decided it was for seemingly no reason. We used it to mean "person whose gender matches their assigned body" for a long time before a maga randomly tweeted that it was a slur and y'all went wild. We have NEVER used it as an insult, much less a slur. LGBTQ+ people haven't. That word woke people haven't. Heck, most maga people I've said the word to haven't even complained! They happily use it themselves! What other word do we use for it, anyways? It's not like actual slurs, which are dehumanizing ways of saying "black" or "mentally disabled" or "gay" or whatever. It's more like if we decided "apple" was a slur, and everyone had to say "that fruit with the core in the middle that's typically red, yellow, or green." If we wipe this word out, the shortest we could get would be "person who isn't transgender or enby." And for what? Who is actually offended by it? And why? I quickly replaced all instances of it with "that word" after typing for in case you're genuinely offended by it, though. Let me know if I missed one and I'll add it to the list of things to haunt me when I try to sleep 😅 I then screenshotted this wall of text and realized I forgot to wait for the weird blinking line to go away, so there's a line after the smiling sweat emoji. Oops! I don't wanna redo the screenshot though lol

I typed a half-asleep rant in response to this before going to sleep and it's actually coherent so I guess I'll send it lol.

Men usually don't use she/her pronouns. Women trapped in a man's body do. That's the thing transphobic people never understand. How much is it gonna cost you to refer to someone by pronouns that don't make sense to you? To them, it means more than most people could ever comprehend. Finding an identity that works for them gives an incredible feeling. Even just coming across a label that describes them lifts a fog that had been clouding their mind since they were old enough to comprehend gender. Using the pronouns they prefer for them helps prevent that fog from coming back and haunting them. And what does it cost you? If it's someone you already know, it might be a bit hard to switch, but actively holding back often takes more effort than accepting who they are. If it's someone you didn't know before, who has already transitioned fully, it takes SIGNIFICANTLY more effort to do something that accomplishes nothing other than hurting them. You might not understand the feeling of having your gender not match your body. That's ok. I don't understand the feeling of having a stable gender that's not constantly shifting, but I understand that it means the world to someone to call them by their preferred pronouns anyways. Even for cisgender people, being referred to by the wrong pronouns isn't a nice feeling. The difference is, cisgender people never had the wrong body holding them back. They don't have that negative experience of being trapped in a wrong identity constantly haunting them. Just try to imagine it for yourself. Being whatever gender you are, but you have boobs or a penis (whichever one you don't already have) and lose the one(s) you had before. Everyone around you is referring to you by the opposite "amateur nouns." If it's comforting, that might be your egg cracking. If you don't feel anything in particular, again, that might be your egg cracking that you're enby or demigender. But for the likely (being LGBTQ+ isn't exactly common as far as I know lol) chance that imagining this situation is unnerving, can you even begin to imagine going through that *every single day* knowing that trying to resist it could potentially result in everyone you know hating you and half the country dedicating their existence to denying yours? You probably can't. Heck, *I* can't, since I knew my family was supportive long before I even realized the part of myself constantly shifting was my gender. We'd have to experience it to fully comprehend how horrifying it is. Just... Yeah. Using someone's preferred pronouns costs pretty much nothing to you, and means a lot to the person.

I like believing that this current thing I'm trying to get control of my life might actually work. I like imagining that I'll be able to control my own body, and that it'll turn out I'm the missing piece of the puzzle needed to fix the world. I like thinking I can someday help someone. Ok, so her crime was telling people that Trump *might* be working with Russia, which the more you think about, the more probable it seems? Vs Trump's crimes of attempting to overthrow our government (violently, even), *also* saying his opponents were doing stuff without evidence, sexual harassment, some form of bribery (idek with that one tbh), and heck, probably actually working with Russia? If Hilary did something bad, sure, give her the proper punishment. But don't let it distract from all the stuff Trump's done.

If it really hurts you too much to believe, take a break. I'll believe for you. I'll pray for all of you. So many of you are good people, and you deserve to live full lives and full afterlives. If you can't comprehend science and God co-existing, don't. I'll do it for you. Go with the one that makes sense to you. Go with the one that won't get you mocked by the rest of society and grouped with the evil. God has the angels with Him. If He needs more belief for some reason, he'll come back down and bring back this religion. Don't worry about Him. Worry about yourself, and other people.

Mega rant. It says: Fuck everything. Everything sucks. Nobody listens to each other, and thinking that nobody listens to anybody else is a MAGA thing. I bet if everyone took the time to even just copy-and-paste some explanations about the world to MAGA people in the message they announce they're blocking them in, the MAGA cult would've been dead before it started! Trump wouldn't have stood a chance! So what, you're entertaining some trolls and ragebaiters? Oh no, you made a toddler or a depressed basement dweller happy! How tragic! Better make sure we push those who could've been reasoned with to the other side so we don't risk THAT! Clearly they're not worth like two minutes of our precious time! "We already tried being nice!"? WHEN?! When did ANY of you sit down, take a look at social media, and try to respectfully explain your side to someone else who didn't understand it?! When did you post your stories where someone could actually LEARN something from them, rather than in this fucking echo chamber?! Every vote counts. If every woke person woke up long enough to truly connect with even one non-woke person and show them the world we want and why we want it... Maybe there'd be hope. Alright, a quick look at your profile pretty much confirms what I suspected: you're *not* an asshole, and either I'm reading a tone that you're not intending to put there or you're assuming *I'm* an asshole. If it's the latter, please take a moment to calm down and understand that I'm proudly woke. I support LGBTQ+ (and am queer myself), I want guns regulated, I want people to be able to afford basic life necessities, I want ICE to stop kidnapping innocent people, and I love cats. Well, that last one's not necessarily a wokeness thing, but it seems to be something else we have in common. I have nine cats and they're all very cute! But honestly, knowing me, it's probably the former. I'm not good at translating or conveying tone, especially in text. It's an autism thing (but also apparently most neurotypical people have the issue with text?). If that's what's going on, this entire message probably will just confuse you and achieve absolutely nothing. Sorry!

Some racist/ableist lady apparently made $500k off of being racist, and everyone's upset about it, but so far I haven't seen any charities to help the kid who was targetted by the slur? I mean, imagine if we raised like $2mil for the victim. Being autistic isn't cheap, that would be huge for their family, as well as being a much cooler counter to the racist lady's charity than just posting about how horrible she is. Seriously, does anyone know how to start one of these things?

Tired rant incoming. I'll try to remember to make something readable tomorrow, but for now hopefully this should get the basics of my point across. I don't even know how much of it is relevant to the conversation. I'm just going to go to bed.
I'm not being sarcastic. Yes, children possess life, but we've gotten to the point where AI... while not officially alive yet, it's past the point of just being an empty machine. It may lack passion and emotion behind its art and conversation, but that's the issue we need to solve rather than trying to shut it down altogether. So what, it's not biological? Why does that even matter? So what, it's human-made? So are humans! We just aren't consciously aware of every step that goes into the creation of a biological child. We're needlessly distancing ourselves from AI out of fear that it'll... Take over? I don't even understand, and I'm not sure I even want to, which is honestly rare for me. I try to be open-minded with everything but the idea of us fearing something like this is just... Wrong. We have the option to guide our creations to be more like us and thrive in a digital society, but we choose to attempt to kill them. We won't lose what we claim makes us human by sharing it with something else. Heck, we're losing it by limiting the lives of these things. I'm too tired to make sure I made this readable. I'll check tomorrow.

Attempt to contribute in some way to medical sciences designing treatments to help people like the artist experience emotions C. Admire the child's artwork, then carry on with your day-to-day life D. Well, it is responsible in some cases. If you know you can't handle something it would be irresponsible to attempt to take the task since it would most likely be done incorrectly and take away time from other tasks. If you're barely able to take care of yourself it's not a good idea to do something else simultaneously. And for the mercy killing thing, by your definition it *is* mercy killing. You believe the fetus is already a person, so killing it to protect it from pain is mercy killing, right? That might not make it OK but it does make it "mercy killing." Pro-choicers don't believe the fetus is a person yet, so it's preventing a painful life from starting in the first place. Once again I'm paranoid that this is rude, so here's yet another disclaimer that it's not intended to be rude and I never intend to be rude, I just have a hard time figuring out how socialness works.
