Employees still have to drive home, get adequate sleep, and find time to have a decent meal. A lot of employees also have parental responsibilities, spousal responsibilities, and personal responsibilities. We’re not giving employees enough time to sustain their needs outside of the workplace.

My hope is that our state leaders can revisit these laws and make necessary changes to ensure the wellbeing of all Kentuckians. I think it’s time for a change, @govandybeshear.bsky.social
