I don't see any problem when AI is used as a tool, not as a goal. It helps tremendously, especially in content creation. Generating diagrams, supplementary video/animations, helping write text, translating it to new audiences etc. As long as it helps to deliver your idea.

Probably apps like Word/Excel are preventing it from restart since changes are not saved. At night it tries to update but fails because it cannot proceed without restarting.
