i just feel like my mental health has taken a massive hit the past while and i’m so disappointed when i feel like i was getting to a good place

ive an apt with doctors in a couple of weeks (first they could fit me in) and i reckon im probably going to have to go back on my anti anxiety meds, which is annoying because i came off them 6 months ago thinking i was in a really good place

tried to have a nap today and just couldn’t switch off, my eyes and head hurt so much

felt so horrible doing it and i cried on the phone to my manager trying to get my words out that i had even wrote down (and told her i had done that, or i knew i wouldnt get out what i was trying to say), i feel like an absolute mess right now

hardly been sleeping, eating, rarely been at the gym, ive been ill as anything the past week, i feel exhausted but ive been getting no more than 3 hours sleep the past few nights at LEAST

i omitted the white wine and subbed in more veg stock (i used Bouillon), and didn’t add celery because i just don’t like it, added extra carrot for extra bulk

i halved the recipe and it made 3 portions
