I’m cleaning the house thoroughly because my salon is flooding and I have zero control over that and the landlord is no longer responding to my email updates informing him of the severity of the situation.

I cannot imagine owning a whole ass building and allowing a pipe to leak at the rate of 5 gals/40 minutes and not have it immediately repaired and instead wait an entire week before addressing it because your preferred plumber is on vacation

And I’m not saying this is a life and death emergency, but this feels like a significant leak that should be addressed sooner than later.

Day 2, the water is not dripping from the ceiling but I is somehow dancing on the floor. I think it’s because the water leaking out of that Pipe is coming right off the boiler and it’s extremely hot.

We went to a haunted house thing last night (Haunted overload in Lee, NH) and it was terrifying and my youngest who insisted on going, halfway through was like, get me outta here! So we left about 4 scares into the actually haunted walk. Next year we’ll get through it lol
