For Ahmed and Ryne, marriage is a step, but not immediately, now.
Not only are they quite young to engage (16 yo), but, and let's be clear, for them, marriage is just a paper bit, they don't need it.
And if we want to be honest, they're "heart-engaged", same but no paperwork!

For Ahmed and Ryne, marriage is a step, but not immediately, now.
Not only are they quite young to engage (16 yo), but, and let's be clear, for them, marriage is just a paper bit, they don't need it.

The thing that fills me with happiness with my Ahmed X Ryne ship, is the fact to develop the concept of Opposites Attract, the development of a "Fake relationship", which becomes more honest, etc.

If we think about it, 95% of time, Ahmed is definitely oblivious to Ryne's little flirting tricks.
However, after Eden's Verse : Refulgence, he was much more aware, because he was so close to losing her, that it would be stupid to be a wall.
