I really look forward to seeing the big smile on her face when she announces that somebody has passed and is going to be buried.

I'm expecting an awful lot of updates tomorrow... Way more than would be reasonable. 😂

Mighty nice house ya live in Donny. Tell me again why it was painted white about 200 years ago.

Canadian here. Apologies is normally our word, but I will allow it. 10 Hail Marys OR bring 5 rational voters to the ballot box with you the next 4 elections. Carry on. 😊

Hey! He is easily halfway to being a "useful idiot" so don't go all crazy here. With some serious soul searching and effort he could become, and hear me out to the end, also "useful".

Canadian with an account there. Totally support this. Keep the other for a few people who haven't moved here yet. A few, but not many I want to keep reading. Wish they would move. I drop them there each time.

This summarizes the dread that keeps me up. I have friends and family across the globe. America used to be a leader and light. It sounds like hyperbole, but it largely was. And post 911 they had the empathy of almost all of them. Today, few and far between, if any. Stop being the bully in the yard.

Dear god. Hey, let's get Mark Carney to give him a Canadian Recognition of American Presidency for his work in American Society's Superb Homeland, Organization, Leadership and Enthusiasm. He is too dumb to spell it out.

YYZ years ago. James Cameron in the customs line borrowed my pen. We chatted. Outside my car service was next to his. Somebody asked for his autograph. He called over "Bernard, you have a pen?". Gave him a pen, hopped into my car. Still wonder if the others ever tried to figure out who I was!

It's incredible to see Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, and so many other cities empty out as people flock onto frozen Lake Ontario. The highlight is the sunrise hand-holding and singing of Oh Canada.

A deal! This book introduced me to your writing and I was hooked. Need a gift for someone? This is the thing to give. And as a digital gift I would imagine it is easier to send anywhere in the world.

Read that just after a flurry of the other idiot south of us. Thank you for a genuine laugh out loud! Needed this.

Never respond to these, but.... Write a letter. Long or Short, but personal. Detail fears and hopes, be honest, restate what love is and why it is for her. Write it well, no AI, and talk of hope for things together. Then, post reading, a long walk, talk, hold hands. Share it all.

And we all know who "he" is. No other context needed. When he is gone, a smidge of relief will start. But so much is needed to right the many wrongs.
