A lot of us are experiencing depressive symptoms, anxious symptoms etc. We experience mental health symptoms when societal systems fail to meet our basic human needs. We live in an increasingly capitalistic, oppressive system; there’s no wonder incidence of these continue to increase exponentially

I mean, God supposedly designed the fucking human body, so God would also know that we bring people out of those states through compassion, validation, building resilience & distress tolerance. NOT getting mad at, annoyed with or blaming them.
