It's always nice when you can have a heart to heart with someone that reminds you that you can be valued for who you are and not by what you can provide. To stop giving every piece of yourself for everyone else's happiness like yours isn't meant to exist. I think it's time to reinvest in myself. 💚

My sister advised me today I should try to find ways to get out of my head. She suggested that every time I have a negative thought, I should go on a 30 walk. So now tomorrow I have to go to pick up equipment for my walk from Maryland to Washington State. 🤣
