I have fond memories of “I’m Bored”. I bought it for my nephew, who’s now 16. It’s still a great book!

I’m excited to try it out! The new dragons are really beautiful, and the pass-on-draft mechanism reminds me a bit of Terra Mystica and Res Arcana.

Where can I go to learn more about “the damage done by the Big Online Ebook Retailer”? I don’t know what you’re referring to.

Is “Bankrupt” a real YouTube series? Can you post a link to it?

You asked in the episode if there’s an app for Vantage. There’s already an online app with all the rules and storybook entries. (they’re not narrated, but they make solo easy to play) You can find it here: vantage.rulepop.com

I’m excited by boardgames like Wingspan where I don’t know who will win until the very end of the game. I’m less excited by games where I can clearly see who’s winning mid-game (like a racing game). If it’s clear I’m losing and I don’t feel like I can be competitive, I lose interest.

Congratulations! I loved playing Apiary and Wyrmspan, so I look forward to your future designs.

I remember Carleton proudly shared this story in their promotional material when I went there in the early 2000’s. I also loved seeing the bust of Schiller get stolen again and again.

I just finished reading this story from the Hugo voters packet. I enjoyed the discussion of life in academia, the subtle fantastical elements, and the slowly escalating tension. It’s an excellent story.

Thank you. It’s one of my favorite songs from “Sushi and High Tea”. One more question: was your song “The Lady” based on a specific story? The song vaguely reminds me of “Interview with a Vampire”.

This song is a favorite of mine. I’m curious, which Ray Bradbury short story is it based on?

I don’t listen to metal, but I enjoy Blackmore’s Night. Ritchie Blackmore’s wife Candice Night will be 53. (they started the group when she was 26)

It means you like listening to Paul Simon. (and maybe that Paul Simon liked adding musical themed metaphors to “Graceland”)

Thanks, I was confused because I didn’t see it listed in the White Space book series. All I see are books 1 and 2.

FYI - I noticed there wasn’t a goodreads page for The Folded Sky. I use goodreads to remember books I want to read.

I backed the kickstarter years ago and enjoyed reading this series, but never got around to playing the game. I’m glad it’s getting a wider release.
