This is the reason I've tapped out of a lot of political discussions even with folks I mostly agree with, too many people want to engage the world from how things should be not how things are. It's like we'll never get to the should if we're not starting in reality.

Good writing is good writing. You give me at least one character where I care about what might happen to them on the next page, I'm happy regardless of the genre

Honestly I think establishment dems are just stumped in general... like it was no secret most of the country didn't want Don but they still couldn't motivate enough of those people to go out and vote. People want some degree of authenticity and they just don't have it

He gives good face. That's pretty much it. He's politician attractive and he gives good interviews (in that he's really good at talking and not saying anything) and he has charisma... he's 1st term Obama 2.0
