I am a Southerner living in Upstate New York and hate it but I am managing. Trying my hand at managing a farm on a budget and trying to survive as a liberal in a red area of the state.
I don’t think about the price of eggs anymore. Why? I have 25 chickens! Even a small flock can be very productive, but watch out, it’s addictive. If you live in a place where chickens are allowed, I strongly suggest you get them.
