I like to make this ahead because I feel like it's even better the next day. And I store it in the remaining broth for the most flavor but I drain some off after reheating and before serving 🙌🏽

Always excited when I find gluten free versions of my favorite foods. These 'Feel Good' dumplings are decent! It's hard to find GF dumplings and the ones I've tried before weren't worth buying again. But these taste pretty authentic. I also fried them and they actually crisp up!
