When in Rome

Every Sunday for over a year people have been marching in central Stockholm against the genocide, yet there’s barely any coverage in mainstream Swedish media

Reminds me of this poster from the Metal Workers Union (probably 1980s) that someone sent me a few years ago, that spelled out some demands, among them more worker influence over R&D and computer technologies

Another from the early 1930s (different paper), showing ’rationalization’ dumping millions of workers into unemployment

Not from a paper, but this is a poster for the movie ”De utstötta” (”The Rejected”) from 1931. The movie told the story of workers who had become unemployed due to rationalization, and the actors were themselves in real life unemployed workers

One of the many interesting things I’ve found in the archives are drawings and other images in trade union papers. Here is one from a local union paper in Gothenburg, early 1930s. The text says: ”Death as a timekeeper in the rationalization frenzy”
