Looking at the product dimensions, I wasn't sure if they were for the boxed item, or the finished model.
But if that works out, that may be it!

My next plan would be to try and jump back into UCGO and place a Tin Cod next to something that I have measurements for, and try to estimate the size!

But thank you for taking a look!

Actually 1/144 measurements are exactly what I'm looking for.
I managed to rip a model of the Tin Cod (and a few others) from the old PC Gundam Online, and wanted to see if it could get it printed to 1/144 scale.

Found it really bizarre that the Tin Cod's measurements have never been listed!

Oh you made a video about it?
I'll take a peek

At the moment I'm spending a lot of time consolidating decades of family data.

When I'm done I may start dual booting and playing with more still on my gaming PC.

I wouldn't even call it gatekeeping.
More like OS elitism.

That's rather bizarre.
It's the weird 'FIA are pro Brit' crap being thrown around, but from a different angle 😂

My Surface 7 is my general go to using Ubuntu.
But I have still yet to take the plunge on my main PC...

I've already migrated my general apps to those which are cross platform.
There are a few bits of concern, like my steering wheel or old VR headset's functionality

Picking a repo is enough to turn a lot of ppl off.

Not to mention that some Linux 'users' can be very dogmatic about repos.

How dare I use Ubuntu 🤣

(I think it has a very polished UI and general user experience)

Valve may be doing for their own ends, but the fact that it remains open source and their work on Proton can be used by anyone means that it is still for 'the greater good'
December 12, 2025 at 10:34 PM
That said, the difficulty comes with more... Niche things.

Like putting Ubuntu on my MS Surface 7 (I understand the irony) had some hurdles and tweaking to cross, that would have instantly turned off a lot of people!

Valves dev push of WINE/Proton is breaking through the Linux gaming barrier.
A lot of common apps have excellent alternatives.

But the one thing that terrified people is the existence of Terminal.
I sometimes wonder if they know that CMD exists.

It just needs a bit of 'polish'.

I will say, from an end user perspective there are a lot of great things in Linux
The concept of repos and unified/inline app update is actually incredibly user friendly
A lot of core every day apps have native builds, especially considering that the majority of End users dont use things like office

That said, MS has been doing a great job of pissing people off.
I have never seen as much general discussion about Linux out in the wild as I have this last year or 2.
December 12, 2025 at 10:19 PM
Linux wins in so many ways. But to a lot of ppl it is scary.
Valve has done so much to bring Linux back into the public eye as a viable alternative.

The lack of 3rd party dev support is sadly a circular argument.

Lack of public uptake = lack of support.
Lack of Support = lack of public uptake.

Why does Linux suck?

What in his mind is 'anti Spanish bias'?
First I've even heard of that term!

I am a Taylor Swift ignorer.
What did she do?
December 11, 2025 at 6:14 PM
To the dismay of F1 fans
December 10, 2025 at 8:53 PM
Excuse my ignorance, but what did Alonso do?
December 10, 2025 at 8:51 PM
Not the car. But this year it is the car.
Without question there were years that the Merc was 2nd to none, but Lewis had to fight hard for a number of his WDCs

This year there Ferrari was a pig, and Lewis was new to team and car.
Next year will be a true test.
I hope he is fighting at the top again

Carlos next for WDC please!
December 8, 2025 at 9:38 AM
I wouldn't say poverty. His dad has always been very wealthy.
If compared with other drivers, maybe...

Lewis is the only one who that claim could go to.
