It's coming fresh out of the printer like this. I try to only touch the edges when loading and offloading this paper. The spots also reminded me of oil stains tho.

I've tried glossy and semi-glossy as well as matte and they're all doing this. I'm beginning to wonder if the issue is this specific paper.
