Now, I was not willing to list the gross and violent things I had to say, because today is about community and art and that’s not how I want to spend my time. And the fact that I asked her first and she refused by turning the question on me, I knew this wasn’t an honest conversation.

She smirked and asked, “What bad things do you think he’s done?” At that point, I knew it wasn’t a conversation I wanted to have in my personal creative space at a public event, so I said we should change the subject.

I made it in 2016 as a gross understatement. She said he’s done a lot of good things, and realizing whining was talking to I tried to ask in good faith what she thought those things were.

They say it’s better than (old) Google, but I’m not seeing any evidence of people becoming smarter, more empathetic, or anything of use happening in the world. Is it just allowing people to buy things more seamlessly?
