I really loved the movie. Beautifully shot and thoroughly watchable performaces from all.

It made me go and grab a copy of the the book with the Bernie Wrightson illustrations. I adore those illustrations but never had a copy with all of them until now
This photo shows the cover of my new copy of Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley. One of Bernie Wrightsons wonderful illustrations is on the cover. We see an ink illustration of the larger than life monster holding Frankenstein by the shirt front in anger. Behind and around is the astonishingly detailed clutter of the scientists laboratory. The pen strokes skillfully changing angles to add depth, shadow and detail to everything in the scene.

Day 25 - Inferno

In the serial, Inferno, the 3rd Doctor transports himself "sideways in time" to a parallel world, where a British drilling project causes catastrophic amounts of heat and force to be unleashed when it penetrates the Earth's crust.

Day 19 - Arctic

When I think of the Arctic and Frozen Ice, I think of the Ice Warriors.

Day 18 - Deal

The Osgood twins and their Osgood Box. The device was supposed to be used as a last resort to maintain the deal struck between Zygon and humans to live in peace.

So, I guess I started doing #Inktober art a decade ago. Here is something dug up from 2015. Before I went hard on the #DoctorWho theme.
One of my earliest Inktober sketches. Back when I just did random character designs. This is a bearded warrior in a cartoon style. Chunky forearms, squat stance, and a giant sword strapped across his back. It has a fantasy Dwarf vibe.
