The temple has been beaten by waves and the sand is brought anew each day. There are many that have been devastated by the changing tides and battering cruel and unempathetic storm. You seek peace here amid crumbling slate and feel subject to the forces of beings that reside in palaces above you.

Keep your friends close. They mean more than you know and you can get get lost in these tunnels without them. There are actors out on the streets and in the bully pulpit, sending in guards to watch over your city. The songs you sing mean everything now, and your memory is endless, but clouded.

Keep your facts straight and face presentable. You are a sold out show and a dim star panhandling to keep your house intact and make life intractable. You are only what you can hold onto as you smell the incense and herbs at the entrance to the catacombs. The holy man begins to read from his book.

Be scrupulous. Watch the waving hands and learn the behaviors of your environment. You will need to pay attention to make it through the next months. The winds sharp and cold and punishing, will pinch your skin and seep into muscles and numb your brain. You will feel empty but you must keep focused.

Do you know the way? As you linger in the doldrums in a waiting game, you know that your pursed lips will only do you so well. Patience is only a virtue when action is not necessary. Take up the mantle of being and recall the sacrificial lambs before you decide if you’ve had enough to eat.

Lift your spirits the road is long, and the heat is brutal. There are no milepost markers out here. The the leaves are not yet brittle as the soil is damp from last nights rain. Your scraped knee and your busted shoulder argue over your posture as you look off into the expanse.

All these forces give way to nights rearrangements. Which unyieldingly cleans and junks any impressions that are not powerful enough to stick or engraved only in outlines and faint parades creating footsteps in a windy desert.

Complex semantic and perceptual cycles like biological needs that follow you around like dogs on the street. Tunnels of social situations that repeat without obstruction or intervention, the cycles we make weave through our society, Jung’s collective imagination, and the remains of paved streets.

First things first check your balance and balance your subjects. There on rocky flats you argue with crowds about how to best be distributed, how can you argue with the heat?

Simple physics do not mean simple biology.

The signature of where you are and the way sounds bounce off your tongue. The literary rivals and the land you call home.

Keep your hands to yourself.

Orange

From my dad’s favorite underrated color and the lightning blast of autumn.

Gives way to smell of citrus and the warmth of summer.

No time for prose, actions are invisible to the thinking brain.

Dramatic entrances, and words of encouragement. All that I need in the disappearing distance. To find space where I can remember you and the time for dreaming. Lots of snakes roaming around here, and some of them can even bring good luck, so don’t be fooled, by a bite that brings you home safe.

On these side cliffs, new comers act the part and draw lines for their reign. Ill-fated by its very nature. The lines drawn by their dark coats and thick fabric on a cool day on the desert, before the world began to boil, and fate had a different name. Their expressions are hidden by the distance.

Dodging lines and the stale mate of sound against old cardboard castles. You tell me that you’re tired of being carried away to some new social complex.

Low probability

Be brave

Stuck

The damage we cause

Help from others, genuine help

Above it all
A good hard place to be
Who we do it for
Getting shown how to care about the right things
Taking stock, talking smack
Or just talking.

Emergent brain patterns of activity

Correlations to you

I’m scared of you

We are definitely still getting to know eachother

Human ecology

They got dreams that make it impossible
Waiting for eachothers

Definitely a pattern of response

Waiting on the other to move.

Night. The few birds in the trees fight and bicker, while you roll over with an injured neck and a racing mind. You are discovering yourself but it is not the hour for this you say, but your body feels like it is hooked up to power cables and the directions are gone wonky. Go home kiddo. Yes but how

You see the deteriorating metal and machines like litter in clay dunes that pile taller than the train car you’re in. People’s plans abandoned and old billboards selling outdated desires. No place for the flood of feelings that made you numb to the chaos and buzz of humanity. No place for forgetting

The lights in the hall are not working, from years of weakening battering delivered by raging waves. We are confined to corridors and galleries, where the sky is a high ceiling and the ground is flooded rooms. The metal is corroded and bumpy, but turns to beautiful oranges and white mineral stains.
