Charge d’Affaires of Poland to Ireland
More than 120,000 Poles have found their second home in hospitable Ireland. As November 11th nears — the Polish Independence Day — they gather in many places to celebrate freedom. Last year, I was happy to take part in the celebration in Cork; this year, in Athlone.

People - a profoundly sad but true movie about Russia’s brutal war against Ukraine, a powerful reminder of who the aggressor is and who the victim is. After the screening at the IFI, with the presence of the diplomatic corps, there was a Q&A session with co-director Filip Hillesland.

On board with FM Sikorski is the incontestable leader of the Belarusian opposition #Tsihanouskaya.

It is crucial that a strong political signal of support for Belarusians continues to come from Brussels.
