I was diagnosed with #autism at 33 years old. I'm 36 now but it's help me finally understand myself and helped embrace who I was vs who society thought I should be.
I love meeting another ND person who gets this and then reassures you that you are fine and heard and understood vs others who just get uncomfortable with it.
