I grew up near that street and crossed it thousands of times. It’s been a nightmare for more than 50 years. I know car-brained people who also left long ago saying the traffic will get worse. Worse than what? It’s always been bad! How about making it safer?

If there was enforcement of the existing laws, this young woman might still have her leg.

Comic Sans would be much more appropriate for this administration.

I saw a community post on FB yesterday where the driver absolved himself for almost hitting a pedestrian by blaming them because their clothes were too dark. The replies cheered.

Injury collisions stopped and they still took it out. Smdh. I’m convinced people are totally willing to maim and injure others as long as it’s someone they don’t know.

A similar thing happened to me on 30th earlier this year. Glad you’re ok!

I tried to drop someone off last year and it took me an hour to drive from University to Myrtle on Park. That shuttle is going to run into serious traffic once it gets close to that roundabout on Florida.

Why is he sitting on the bridge of Kirk’s Enterprise?

I’ve always wanted my coats to have a bath of their own.

Wow. They have an entire army of Leavitt-bots at the ready.

Yes to the loud bike horn. It is so satisfying to watch them jump when I blow that horn right next to the driver’s head as I go around them sitting in the bike lane.

Thanks! I hadn’t seen that. It amazes me how much people romanticize dark parking lots. In the DMV’s case, they’d still need parking — they cater to cars. But a NP-style multi-story structure on one side and the DMV offices on the bottom make much more sense and leaves room to develop housing.

Yep. Could/should be more like the CVS at Park & El Cajon.

And while we’re at it, let’s take a look at the surface lots at the Hillcrest DMV.

I’d love to see a streetcar or trolley extension connect the Hazard Center stop in Mission Valley to the City College stop at 11th and C through the Cabrillo Canyon (formerly SR-163) with stops below Washington St., the Zoo, and El Prado.

Well, since I was getting MLB dot tv for free through T-Mobile, it’s likely that goes up in smoke and I won’t be watching as many games next season. And I bet they’ll still charge extra to bypass the local blackouts. Yay.

Just heartbreaking and infuriating. She didn’t even get her license suspended. No consequences for blowing through a red light and killing someone in a crosswalk. 🤬🤡

I just got laid off. Never thought I’d be happy to pay Cobra premiums, but they are $700/mo less than a not-as-good ACA plan for 2.
