"Raspberries" is a painting of just that- two raspberries still hanging unpicked on their vines. One is a deep red at the top, the other is a vibrant blue at the bottom. Blue raspberries don't really exist, but it was a fun inclusion regardless. The background and everything else in this piece are varying shades of green, making both raspberries stand out. I painted this piece as a practice for making things look 3D on a 2D surface. While the vines they are attached to aren't too matching to this purpose, the raspberries themselves are depicted wonderfully in faux depth.

A mainly blue painting depicting a completely blue sun shining bright over a piling of blue, geometrical crystals. Sparkling blue diamonds hang in the air as reflections of the sub's light bouncing off the crystals below. The sky behind it all is a swirling mix of blue and white, simulating an abstract showing of clouds. Crystal Sun is one of my earliest works, being simple and yet still stunning. Each object in front of the background is lined with a visible black outline, making it all pop.

Nurturing, a painting depicting the hands of a man lifting and beholding a rose bud that has yet to bloom. This does not deter the man from uplifting this precious piece of nature. Glow lines in various shades of red are radiating from the rose bud, creating even more upward motion in the composition. This painting is in the perspective of the man himself, but only shows his hands. He wears two rings on his right hand- one black and one white. Nature is an important part of everyone's lives, whether they realize it or not. This piece conveys a sense of appreciating nature.

Acrylic painting of a scene depicting a bright, blue sky that doubles as being a lake. Yellow and orange axolotls can be seen swimming in the sky, weaving in between bubbles that also serve to give off the impression of the background being water. Situated in the top middle of the piece is a sunflower made with exaggerated brushstrokes as its petals. The petals are wavy to reference how some may choose to paint an actual sun, where it gives off its light as waves of heat. "Fun in the Sunflower" is a play on the term "Fun in the sun" one may say when the weather outside is clear and sunny, the best time to go out and enjoy nature.

Standing enveloped in the midst of a bright green grove, turning your eyes to the sky will leave you met with an eye staring back at you. Between the trees and leaves above your head, the yellow of a big, bright sun returns your gaze. The air around you wiggles and swirls, giving a semblance of a mist in the atmosphere. Bright, warm, and magical in a way. The sun above stares, and in the haze you think to liken its shape in your vision to a sunflower- rays of like blurring its normal spherical shape into something more geometrical. Parts jutting out like the petals of a sunflower would. The trees, reaching up towards the sun so far up that they become connected like roots and branches.
