The inside of the microwave in which my steak and potato soup exploded so vigorously that a paper towel would have done no good, if it weren't for the microwave walls I'm sure the building would have been leveled. There is more soup coating the inside than there is left in the bowl.

Even beyond this, the figure Stancil referenced doesn't even ask the right question. I'm sure that a significant number of people would have responded very differently had the question been "How do you feel about the current state of the health insurance industry".

This is one graph in a whole survey, and while Stancil is reading the figure correctly, only including that figure and coming to the conclusion that everyone simply adores their health insurance feels like huge confirmation bias or disingenuity.
Literally a graph right under the graph he posted detailing how people in poor health rate their insurance negatively at about twice the rate of those in Excellent, Good, or Very good condition. This shows that, obviously, people don't have issues with their health insurance when they don't need to use it. A graph detailing how Six in Ten adults say they had a problem with their health insurance in the past year. 58% of Total adults 60% of Employer supplied Insured 56% of Marketplace 51% of Medicare 58% of Medicaid A fourth chart from the same survey stating that "Across Insurance Types, Larger Shares Of Adults With Fair Or Poor Physical Health Say They Experienced Problems With Appointments And Prescription Drug Costs" A chart showing that two thirds of insured adults in fair or poor health reported having a problem with their insurance in the past year. 67% Fair or poor physical health 56% excellent, very good, or good physical health 69% of Fair or poor mental health 55% of Excellent, very good, or good mental health had issues with health insurance in the last year
