love this! There is an emotional and Cognitive component to pain and pain perception, and therapy can definitely be a good tool for pain management

Counselling combined with self-monitoring tools can help people with #RheumatoidArthrtis manage their condition better. It can also improve symptoms like fatigues & mood, and disease status.

Something we have to do in CBME/feedback in the clinical setting is both recognize all the immense hard work that happened and that the learner still has important things to improve.

Acknowledge the immensity of effort caring for patients. And coach for improvement.
