That’s possible, but not to the layman. You could hire a VPS in another country, set that up as a wire guard/tailscale exit node and then just vpn into that. Route your traffic out through the VPS somewhere in Europe. Possible with a few hours setup, but needs technical work the above average person

I respectfully disagree. I don’t expect other autistics to act like NDs, but there is a middle ground. We can’t just pretend that all of our behaviour is ok, we can be accidentally selfish. We should expect NDs to try and accommodate us, as we should try to find a way to work with other people.

Not at all, a lot of autistic people struggle even with other autistics, because those of us who learnt how to converse struggle when dealing with an autistic individual who hasn’t put that training effort in and they dominate the conversation and show little interest in what you have to say.
