Jerry Peart, the sculptor who created the remarkable "Riverview," a sculpture that embodies the amusement park formerly just north of Western and Belmont (see photo below), has died. He and artists like John Adduci, Tom Scarff and Richard Hunt dotted our local landscape with their metal sculptures.
