I like Super Slides, long cords on kitchen appliances, and the theme song from Barney Miller. Mind remains blown that Neil Young wrote "Lotta Love."

I've noticed in the covid era once concerts started up again that almost every single one I've been to-from grubby little shows at bars to large venues-have been startlingly punctual.

Classic Alex Mayer content! As a Bloomquist jersey owner, I like this.

I was a page at a library in San José when I was 16 and it was the most I'd ever gotten paid and I loved it so much and I blew it because I was just more interested in screwing around on my off time. Mom & Dad were both librarians until they retired, sister is still a librarian.

You ever mess with that One Bus Away app? It's very reassuring sometimes.

Never quit quitting until it sticks. Once it finally does, it's totally worth it. It's difficult for almost everybody. Don't sweat yourself.

Thanks! So in a fryer of some sort? The only person I ever saw make fried chicken at home was an ex-girlfriend's mom, and she would always cover them with corn flakes and do it in the skillet. Strangely my farm girl grandma never made fried chicken around me, although she made many other delicacies.
