Really hope I can keep at it this time, some health & life horrors have been slowing me down but I gotta remember how much a bike ride clears my head! my Dad, uncle and grandad all loved bikes so bike rides are some of my few happy family memories with that side of the family 🥹

I’m hoping working on my body image “issues” brings back some confidence too, I’m embarrassed of myself a lot and it’s making it hard to fully relax around others

I can speculate forever as to why that is, but that’s not helpful for my brain at all… I just wish it wasn’t basically a minefield making likeminded friends locally to me or even reconnecting with old ones now that I’m in a much better place.

Where I fit in anymore, I’m sorry for the tone change, I’m just real sad about it and I’ve had a big puppy shaped hole in my heart since I lost touch with those friends & separated from that CG for other reasons, I don’t think I’ve truely let go in the presence of anyone else since 🥲
