Hi Nino, while I’m not a “real” businessman, I’ve always thought of running the lab from the concept of running a business. I need to bring in money (though grants or other means) to pay my students, postdocs, and staff as well as buy supplies and equipment.Thanks for your feedback!

Hi Josh, I’ll get into this next post. It was critical for us! We would have been completely stressed out and probably would have stopped if we even had a serious threat to funding.

This is why supporting science and public health is more important than ever. We need independent experts guiding vaccine policy, not political appointees with an agenda.
