I’ve had kids of all ages come up behind me and peek at what I’m drawing, recently I was in a waiting room and a family came in, the lady went to her appointment and left her toddler with her grandpa, eventually they wandered behind me to watch me draw this, instead of letting her play on a phone.

I love drawing the same thing over and over again 😶 anyways here’s a Haki (they/them) done in paint markers. They are baby I love them so much.

Where has pixel art been all my life, wplace made me discover how FUN pixel art is.

On top of the drawing is a transparent (demonstrator) piston filling fountain pen it is uncapped and the cap is to its right, it has smoke accents on the finial, the inner cap lining, the grip section, and finial, it is filled with ink that looks very dark green, the pen has silver trim. The same drawing of Vivien but cropped to show a more accurate ink colour. In this cropped view the the line details on her face are more visible.

A comic page of my original character done in brown ink. The character, Ni, is walking down a dark street at night, the path is illuminated by street lamps placed a few meters apart from each other, between each street light there is a patch of darkness. The comic starts with Ni underneath the street lamp in the light, as they cross into the darkness they stop and stare into it, feeling that something is wrong. They get nervous and reach for something in their pocket before glancing around and deciding to run instead, in the last panel there is something that lacks a true form chasing them from the shadows. The same comic page but with the pen I used to ink it laying over it. The fountain pen is custom made from Sailor Ancora Japan and, the pen has a transparent sparkly yellow tinted body with gold glitter and the cap is a purplish brown, it has gold trim. Inside the body is an urushi converter from Bungubox with a cup of coffee on it, the pen is uncapped and it is proper on its cap. The same pen on top of the same comic page, but the pen is capped.

In love with this a6 Midori MD paper cover I customised last month.
A paper notebook cover with post-it notes sealed into it. On the post-its are drawings of the same character at different phases in their life, their young self at the top, their adult self at the right side (with their face obscured), and a slightly older adult version at the bottom. Strewn about the cover is brown and black shadow cats, interacting with the character and bleeding over the edges of the post-its. The cover is spread open to get a good look at the art. A paper notebook cover with post-it notes sealed into it. On the post-its are drawings of the same character at different phases in their life, their young self at the top, their adult self at the right side (with their face obscured), and a slightly older adult version at the bottom. Strewn about the cover is brown and black shadow cats, interacting with the character and bleeding over the edges of the post-its. The cover is closed with an elastic, it’s photographed at a slight angle to show off the art wrapping around the spine.
