Got some #blender rigging done on the #3dmodel avatar. I have completed the #rigging of the cyber arm. I'm only doing basic rigging: no fingers (don't have the hardware for it), no facial expressions (lower face mask and VR glasses cover any expressions).

I have done a couple hours of work on my #vtuber #blender model. It is now at a point where I am content to call it my v3.0 (v1.0 was a Minecraft model, v2.0 was a digital art by @creationsbyclarafi.bsky.social ). Now, I just need to either figure out rigging or find an affordable rigging artist.

Opened up my #Minecraft trading hall so it's not so oppressive (as a shopper; the vendors are still being oppressed by being imprisoned on top of their work blocks). Maybe I should put some windows in for them (and me).

Had a good stream. Found some stuff that had broken or not updated since I've been on an unplanned hiatus. Added a storage system to the mob farm, and built a sugar cane and a bamboo farm. Thank you to those who were able to make it!

#Mojang 's #Minecraft has generated a mildly bonkers ruined nether portal. Looked up the X-Z coordinates on Chunkbase. Dropped into spectator mode to check for slightly buried (seen before), and found it at about Y20. This will be in the 1st ep of Drive-In Craft (coming soon). youtube.com/@Artecie

New project while I'm trying to figure out the rigging on the #cyberpunk #vtuber. I built a channel mascot in #bforartists. There's no materials, but the form is there. I also need to add eyes.

#blender or #bforartists #rigging weirdness: the bones for my #cyberpunk #vtuber in Object and Pose mode don't match where I put them in Edit Mode. Obviously, I can't move the bones individually in Object Mode, Pose Mode deforms the mesh, and Edit Mode is clearly not doing what I want. Suggestions?
Object Mode and Pose Mode armature: arm bones are close to body, leg bones are about shoulder width apart. The arms of the mesh are spread wider than the bones; the legs of the mesh are closer together than the bones. The bones at the shoulder and above are higher than the corresponding points of the mesh. Edit Mode armature: bones are aligned closely with the corresponding points on the mesh.

More progress on the overall #cyberpunk #vtuber model. Basemesh and glasses are the only downloaded models, and those are because I'm not that bonkers. Most materials have been adjusted (except the glasses frames).

I'm working on a 3D #pngtuber in #Blender / #bforartists. The avatar is going to have a cybernetic arm. Bear in mind that I'm learning how to do this as I go. The blue in the attachment is an arm taken from a free human asset; it's being used as a template and surface for shrinkwrapping.

Unsurprising at all for mine. The only issue is I have a few outliers in my pronunciation (like "trousers" being pronounced closer to "true-zers" with the first "r" having a short roll). Despite never living outside the US, there is a strong Newfoundland influence.

If you are getting mutes on your #Twitch VODs for copyrighted audio (probably your music), this will prevent it almost every time in the future.
1. Open your OBS Settings and go to the 'Output' section.
2. Check the box for 'Twitch VOD Track (Uses Track 2)'.
3. Select 'Apply' and 'Ok'.
