I absolutely LOVED Atonement and also liked Saturday as well as the recent one, Lessons. This one sounds wonderful but haven’t gotten to it (yet). I think based on the blurb it is the correct blend of nostalgia and wondering that will suit me.

Being objective, I listen to Waltz For Debbie more than any other record probably. But my heart says something by New Order, REM, Bright Eyes, Vampire Weekend, Bon Iver. To name a few.

Absolutely. I was amazed on the rewatch today how many memories it brought back. Not just that show but all the things tied to the time and the moments yet to come. I really was over saturated with the music in that time because it was so good but this one still packs a punch.

I am a bit south of there but get up to Traverse area pretty frequently. I adore the big lake. I moved back here years back because I missed it. I’m lucky enough to be a minute or so away from it now. The Traverse area is spectacular as well.
