Bad air quality index has been making it so hard to breathe. Absolutely use an inhaler if you have one. I don’t, so I’ve been managing symptoms with acupuncture and honeysuckle tea. Honeysuckle has been shockingly helpful. But please use an inhaler first if you have one. Why don’t I have an inhaler⬇️

A book I often come back to is “Japanese Death Poems”, an anthology of poems composed while people were on their death beds. Many are sad and profound. Some, like this one, are brilliant in other ways 😂

Taste test! Dragonwell green vs red tea made from dragonwell leaves! The nuttiness of the green transforms to a minerality in the red. The red reminds me of red made from oolong teas, though more subdued.

Had to sit my son down for a rough talk. With tariffs raising prices, I’m going to have to quit weed in order to keep him in kibble. But I can’t be out here raw dogging fascism, so he’s going to have to step up and become a full-time cuddle cat instead of an only-when-he-wants-to-cuddle cat.

Looking at street festival apps (mainly arts ones) & am appalled. $555 for a booth and another $500 to rent a tent?????? GTFO. Some charge above $2k. What gd artist can afford that????? Also, the appalling ignorance of this midsommarfest artisan definition #Art #ArtFestival
