I see the vision! I think as far as the references go, it's a very cool interpretation. I kinda agree that the gold tips feel a bit "too much". You could try toning down their brightness a little bit, leaving them only on some petals, or blend them a bit more into the pink color.

I really love the dancers' expression. Both sad and happy, calm and frantic. Powerful stuff
