Realized how BARE my account is, gotta fill it up with some art!! I’ll have something new soon-ish, but for now have some old art:)

Painted this in the beginning of the year to play around with different brushes and have fun with light and color! Ref is Ginny Di cosplaying as her character Temper.

Closing out 2023 with the big piece I have been working on all year! Delighted to have been commissioned to paint @mightyaxeman.bsky.social’s Elven Bladesinger, Erevan.

I’m incredibly proud of this piece, and so excited to share it with you all!
A pale skinned elven man in a fighting stance, wielding sword and spell. He wears fine robes of blue and a swirling black cloak. Long brown hair whirls as if he has just spun. Polished metal armor topped with white fur adorns his shoulders. His left hand is casting “blur” and his right holds an enchanted sword. He wears a sash of the Cobalt Soul alongside symbology of the Krynn Dynasty. His blue eyes are focused at an enemy in the distance.

Oh gosh okay. This was something I did a few months ago to try out a new style. It was very different for me but I was happy with the result!

First art post here! This is a study of Quannah Chasinghorse I did recently, to help me understand facial structure. I also tried out a brush i hadn’t used before. It was a fantastic learning experience and I’m so happy with the result!

I am absolutely about to make some art using these palettes!
A color palette based on “Art By Dae”; it is filled with earth tones of green, a range of grays, a few browns, and a desaturated blush tone A color palette based on my real name (not shown); it is filled with earth tones again, but warmer and more saturated. There are more tans/browns, leading toward orange; there are more dusty blush tones; and few warm greens.
