It's a crime that the vast majority of classic Disney cartoons are buried unless you happened to be around to buy the Treasures Series on DVD...which also got super hard to find by the last few waves. (Donald and the Wheel)

From page 5 of “The Happiest Place on Earth” is this picture of Walt Disney with the president of the Museum of Science and Industry at the Chicago Railroad Fair in 1948. I vaguely recognized that trolly they have their hands on…you can still sit on it today at MSI in Chicago!

In follow up to my newspaper grocery store ad, the December 1965 one was advertising Thunderball playing at the Oriental (40 min drive) in downtown Chicago. I found that it wasn’t until June 24, 1966 it opened in the local paper’s town. I had no idea the wide release was so delayed back then!

July 17, 1990. Staying at my grandparents' house that day, the Disney Channel had a lineup that literally changed my life. I've watched these Disneyland Specials so many times growing up, its sick.

They finally changed their mind from six years ago when I asked about any plans for vinyl releases of the expanded Bond Soundtracks. Would have preferred they started with Brosnan ones that have never been on vinyl.

During a 3rd grade biography project, at the I noticed a few kids using books with bad AI generated covers. As I looked up the "author" on Amazon, "her" bio page has a photo with books on the shelf featuring titles "white lady" and "age 35." Also with an AI generated bio. Is this our new future?

Watched “The Omega Man” (1971) for the first time…this quick shot of his garage door remote just instantly took me back to my grandparents’ house.
