I added this bicycle riding exercise to my leg exercises. The PT said it would increase my energy and endurance. I have it against the wall because it moves if I don't. So grateful to the Physical Therapists for helping me get my leg working again. I'm almost back to normal.

Today's tea class. So beautiful the ceramics. The scroll is the same from last time "Everyday is a Good Day." Flowers are in a vase by Richard Brandt shaped like a Japanese flute.

Just marked my calendar for Black Out Days Nov 28 to Dec 5. Don't buy anything or stream anything!!! If you do buy something or go out to eat buy from a local mom and pop and pay cash. Let's show them what happens when they don't support us. Getting the books out to read during this time.

Just made these cheese and onion chips. I love onion rings so thought I would like these. Made them in my air fryer really easy and high protein snack. Just sprinkle parmesan cheese on a parchment paper and top with thin slices of onion and bake at 375 for 15 min. Let cool and cut into pieces.

I'm so lucky to have creative friends. Had lunch with Sally and Barry and Sally gave us these magnetic bookmarks she made out of collages she made. I love it and will enjoy using it in the book I'm starting today You Are The Placebo. I want to get my mind as a resource for healing.

I know it's past the season but just found this old photo from 2023 and wish it was true today. Look how long we have known he is a criminal. He is the worst and so many people were conned. Thankfully they are realizing it now.

Last night Marlene and I went to Alpenrausch a Swiss restaurant on Division. It was great and really fun. Marlene's family is Swiss so we wanted to try everything. I love the cow painting. Marlene says the Swiss are all about cows. Division street is really active and it was fun to be out.

At todays tea class this is the scroll and flowers and sweets. The scroll says Every Day Is A Good Day and the flowers are ginkgo leaves and camilla. The tea sweets were brought from Japan by one of the students. They were delicious.

Another great soup so easy and delicious. Only 4 ingredients. I like it better without the lemon juice. I used an emersion blender and it was perfect. Enjoy. I love Barbara Kafka's food and this book is a winner for sure.

I'm almost finished with part I. I can't believe how it shows the cruelty and sadistic behavior of the guards and how similar it is to what the MAGA republicans are doing to the American people at this time.Highly recommend reading Man's Search for Meaning.They will be held accountable.

Here's a photo of my Dad for Veterans Day. He fought in WWII to fight the Natzi's. Something we are doing now in our own government. Who would have ever thought it would come to this. Thank You For Your Service to all the veterans. We appreciate what you have done for us. Look how young he is.

These are two straw horses from Japan. I love horses and how the Japanese create different traditional items. Horse is the Zodiac theme of next year. Only a few weeks left of year of the Snake. Hoping for big changes for the better.

This intuitive painting is about anger. I'm so angry at the 10 Democrats that voted to pass the terrible bill that takes away our health care. They are despicable and deserve to go down in history as traitors to the American people because they are. I hope karma does it's job big time.
