There has never been more than 1% give or take below or above bullet ballots in any state in any election. Suddenly in the SWING STATES and only the swing states there are numbers at 5, 6, 7, and even 11%. But, it’s just like Mr. Spoonamore says. “Ok, let’s recount the votes and prove me wrong.”
