I find it funny that initially much of the early concept art for The Mandalorian Season 1 used Boba Fett as reference and in turn The Book of Boba Fett uses the Mandalorian Din Djarrin as reference as seen here with the more solid chestplate and the use of a bandolier

I will say that the Knight version of Optimus is a bit impossible to do accurately at mass market retail budgets - I do think that this is the best we'll get from HasTak
