Are you using USB hub? Elgato cards are picky with ports sometimes, so maybe try plugging it to different one.
I assume you did all the obvious things, like drivers, firmware, OBS settings?

Can't imagine anything more fun than yapping, but maybe OFF Prologue would be to your liking? It shouldn't take more than 1,5 hours though.
