Does anyone remember Carter? Wrote the tune, played in the band and later managed Sammy Hagar. He was somebody special.

I have the same issue. Our building is quite high and only painters have ladders long enough to reach up in damaged areas. And painters don't like doing this kind of work.

I find steel wool is very effective, if you can get to it. There is also a non chemical product looks like silicon, but isn't. Does a great job of filling holes and can be painted.

In 1985 I flew on a Concorde charter to Moscow and back from Heathrow. To go supersonic we flew north and went round the Arctic circle to break Mach 1. Unforgettable.
