so for anything to change the world surely need more principled and charismatic leftist speakers. There need to be a more actually leftist movement which mean regular middle right must start understanding that if you want to go again the far right there needs to be a powerful left wing party aswell

Obv i do not think people who decided not to vote because of this was doing a good or smart thing, but more just saying that there is very little motivation to go vote for democrats for many because they are so status quo (Does not make it right, but it is generally one of the things which happend)

I do obv agree that we are probably not very different minded in our opinions, but in my eyes we are at a crossroad, either the dems tries something new and stands firm to be for the working class, or they continue letting the right get more and more things forward

Is by the democratic party showing that they are trying to make changes and acknowledging that people are having difficulties. Without a showing of change then they wont get new voters which the dems sorely need atm. In my eyes the dems have stayed stagnant for way to long which the reps have used.

While normally i can agree, but the issue with that right now is that going slow does not get the votes. Nor do i see the democratic party even trying to move that way even slowly. So while going slow could be the answer right now if we want to stop trump from just continuing advancing...

Remember these are messages from people who do not want trump to continue winning. This is not a scenario of we just want trump. Fuck that guy. But the only way i can see this not getting worse is for the dems to grow a backbone.

The only way for this to change will be by criticising it and making the dems understand that the middle ground status quo does not work anymore and that people want change and without that the country will fall further and further into a facistic shithole.

Kamalas blatant defence of a genocide was not the only thing that she dropped the ball on. It was the whole middle right ground status quo discussion that really fucked it all up and did not get people feel empowered to vote.

Trump is the worst thing that could happen to america. The reason he won was because he was fighting for change, a horrible change, but people are desperate for any change and his message was much more powerful to get votes than kamalas was.

We are just saying if we let the dems off the hook then nothing will change and the same thing will happen over and over.
Running a campaign on keeping the status quo in a time where the status quo is fucking over regular people wont work, that only works if peoples economy goes up not down.
