You should have timer markers for key points in the campaign like a lot of speed run vids. "Oh, we got to the BotB in 2 hours, that's pretty good!"

I've run three encounters with this warbly boi and every one of them has almost spelled certain death for the party.

This is so good! It reminds me a lot of the work Amano did for Final Fantasy

It's worth giving it another shot when you have the bandwidth for it. Book 2 has one of my favorite moments to run and book 3 just keeps one-upping itself.
