I have this problem with recruiters. They always want to text with updates about interview times or details when I tell them to email me everything. I want to either talk to you over the phone or email for anything professional.

Thanks for linking to the PR and not directly to the fork that made it like the guide on steam did. Their links will break if the fork gets deleted.

Are the "issues" in the room with us right now?

I don't know about Oregon, but in most states it is a part time job. State legislatures only meet a few times per year. The salary being low is less of a concern to me than what other jobs can people hold that would allow them to take time off to work in state legislature and still get a vacation.

I don't use Mac but when I briefly looked at Homebrew for Linux I cringed hard. I don't remember all the details but my impression was that it was a security nightmare.

What's not wrong with homebrew?

Did it come with a USB-A to USB-C cable? There's a bunch of devices out there that cheaped out on proper USB-C and only work with A to C cables.

I'll admit I Googled it. I was expecting it to be some terminology I wasn't familiar with but to be familiar with the concepts. But in reality it seems far more relevant to hardware design than network engineering unless there's something I'm missing.
